Jan 6th: Ran with Ed 102 minutes. Felt good after the first 2 miles. Post run snack of oatmeal.
Jan 5th: Bike 1:55 with Maura, Donnie and the Mid Md Tri group. Hard to stay in zone 2.
My biking needs help!
Jan 4th: Ran with Maura and Trang 1:45
Jan 3rd: Swim #4 workout. I actually completed exactly what it said!
Jan 2nd: worked out at home 45 minutes
Jan 1st: Biked with Maura 18 miles slow
