I'm Back

2/27 Spin class 1 hour followed by 30 minutes of yoga
2/26 Run 1 hour and 30 minutes with Maura and Trang followed by Swimming at the Y with the Masters...Carin, Abby, Julie, Tori, Kathleen and the rest of the girls.
2/25 Spin class 1 hour followed by 30 minutes of core
2/24 Ran 1 hour and 15 minutes with Maura
2/23 Indoor spin session at Bills with Maura and Bob 2 hours and 55 minutes on a trainer without proper biking shorts. I won't make that mistake again. We viewed the L.P. DVD.
2/22 Spin 1 hour and 30 minutes
2/21 Ran with Trang 1 hour & 45 minutes
2/20 Spin class 1 hour and 30 minutes of yoga
2/19 Ran 1 hour and 30 minutes and swam at masters 45 minutes

2/16 Biked outside with Maura and Donnie 2 hours & 30 minutes
